Runs small

I'm happy with it, but it's small across the shoulders. I normally wear medium and should have taken large. The seams are neat, nothing coming loose.

Third time shopping here. Pick-up went smoothly and everything was in order.

Nice item, but a long wait

The item itself is fine and looks like the photos. The waiting was the problem, almost two weeks, and the tracking sat still for days. I wrote to them and got a reply the same afternoon, so at least they answer.

Nicer in person

Bought it for our wedding anniversary, and it's genuinely nicer in person than in the photos.

Colour lighter than online

The colour is a touch lighter than it looked on screen. Nothing that ruins it, and I've worn it twice, but I'd have liked to know. Delivery and the shop's replies were fine.
