How to return

To return an item, contact info@delabon.com. The item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method.

Damaged items

If an item is damaged or faulty, contact info@delabon.com straight away with photos. In those cases Delabon covers the return shipping costs.

Your statutory rights

This return policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
