Shipping process
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Picking and packing normally takes 1-2 business days. When the parcel is handed to the carrier, we send you a track & trace number so you can follow its status in real time. Delivery is expected within 4-6 business days.
Possible delays
In exceptional cases delays can occur. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow 3 extra business days. If the problem continues, contact info@delabon.com.
Import duties and taxes
Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancelling an order
To cancel an order, email info@delabon.com straight away. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
