Shipping process
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Picking and packing typically takes 1–2 business days. When the parcel is handed to the carrier, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its status in real time. Delivery is expected within 4–6 business days.
Possible delays
In exceptional circumstances delays can occur. If the package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please wait 3 additional business days. If the issue persists, contact info@delabon.com.
Order cancellation
To cancel an order, write to info@delabon.com immediately. Once the parcel has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
