  • Return period: 30 days from delivery date
  • Return shipping cost: paid by the customer

  • Processing time: up to 7 days after we receive the returned item

Return procedure

To return a product, contact info@delabon.com. The item must meet these conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • All original tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from when we receive the return, back to the original payment method.

Damaged items

If a product is damaged or defective, contact info@delabon.com immediately with photos. In those cases Delabon covers the return shipping cost.
