Ankle-length maxi dress with high collar and button front

The dress has a fitted bodice that gathers at the waist into a lightly ruched, swingy skirt that falls to the ankle. The high pointed collar closes with a visible row of buttons running all the way down the front. The long sleeves finish with cuffs at the wrist. The panels on the bust create visible structure against the otherwise smooth part of the fabric.
